I am extremely frustrated with the service and hidden fees from Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for same-day delivery to a local business. Their website explicitly guarantees that business deliveries arrive before 5:00 PM. This turned out to be completely false.After my order failed to arrive, I found out their actual company drivers leave for the day by 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM. Instead of handling the delivery themselves, they secretly hand off orders to a third-party courier service—a critical fact that is completely missing from their website.To make matters worse, they tacked on a higher delivery fee due to the distance, but completely failed to communicate how their delivery process actually worked. Because of their total lack of communication and scheduling failures, I was forced to scramble and change the delivery location at the last minute just to get my order.Do not trust their website's delivery promises. The lack of transparency and poor communication turned what should have been a simple gift into a massive headache. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

The order was nothing like what I ordered. I paid $70 to not get what I paid for. It was delivered late. My wife had to go back to school to pick it up. I had to pay $19 for service fee. Completely disappointed in this order. My first time ordering since the name change. Appears more have changed. I can guarantee I will never order from you or your family of companies again. Very unfortunate.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Edible Arrangements – 871 location. I placed an order on February 11 for delivery on February 13 for a meaningful and time-sensitive occasion. On the evening of February 13, I received a notification that the order had been delivered at 10:33 PM. However, nothing was delivered, and no photo proof was provided. The recipient never received the arrangement. This was not simply a delay. The order was inaccurately marked as delivered. Because of the late notification, I had the recipient check the front porch, surrounding areas, and neighboring homes, which completely ruined the surprise and caused unnecessary frustration. I attempted to call the store multiple times during posted business hours and received no answer. I also emailed customer service that night and was told someone would reach out first thing in the morning. No one did, and I had to follow up again myself. On February 14, I finally reached someone by phone and was told the order had been on the delivery van but was “overlooked” due to other orders. I was offered a refund, which I initially declined because I wanted the situation corrected. I was promised an upgr

the staff, and customer service team are absolutely amazing and so easy to work with! when my arrangement arrived it was not only fresh, but breathtaking work. Don’t listen to the negativity, this business is outstanding!!

Three stars for friendly service and fast turnaround time. I came into town from Georgia to see family but wanted to get a quick gift for a mentor. The Hoover location was the closest. The store doesn’t have many treats on display or for quick pickup, but the woman helping me told me that I could order online and pickup. She said that it wouldn’t be more than an hour, so I decided to stay and wait. The order was ready within the hour; however, I wasn’t very pleased with the presentation. I expected it to be just like the picture, but it didn’t quite get it. It was so spaced out and more greenery. I would’ve probably chosen a fuller arrangement had I known. The flowers didn’t seem the freshest either or maybe they were just compressed (I didn’t get a picture of them). My mentor appreciated the gesture overall, so I hope she enjoys.
